Bronwyn, Philip and the team did a wonderful job in assisting our family organise the funeral of our grandfather at the Altona Sports Club. Bronwyn was professional, empathetic, super organised throughout the whole process and ensured our vision came to life on the day. She also read the eulogy beautifully and made sure she got all details (including pronunciations) correct. In fact she had a strong attention to detail for all matters relating to the service.
